We are interested in
securing a package what do we do now?
Due to the extremely limited supplies of land in the Coomera area it
is absolutely essential that you contact us first to establish what
blocks of land are still available. Look at the Estate Site Plan, contact us and we will advise you of what
blocks are still available, you should then decide on a block that
best suits your requirements and advise us that you want that block
held until you are able to arrange a time to inspect the Land and see
details of the house plans.
What happens to my deposit if I don't proceed to contract?
If you do not proceed to contract your deposit will be 100% fully refunded.
What happens if the price of the land changes significantly?
The price of the house and land packages are fixed in the building
contract, regardless of the market price at the time of settlement.
Coomera house prices went up an average of 23% in the last 12 months.

Can we just buy the land and use another builder?
These are House and Land Packages so you will be required to select
from one of around 18 house plans that we have available.
Why are there only 4 floor plans available on the website?
Please contact us with your requirements and we will send you further
details of other floor plans.
